Rigatoni with a Bolognese Sauce

(Serves 4-6)

 

Ingredients:

1 Packet of 500g Rigatoni (or Penne)

1x 212ml Ragu Base

250g minced meat (substitute with vegetarian mince for meatless option)

1 Carrot grated

1 Onion

1 Tbls tomato concentrate

Salt and Pepper to taste

Grated Parmesan

 

Method:

  • Add the Ragu Base

  • Season with some salt and pepper to taste

  • Drizzle some Parmesan and optional Chilli Bomb of Choice
