Easy, Quick, Healthy and Delicious
500 G Pasta (Spaghetti/Linguini is best)
Salt to taste
2-3 cloves of Garlic, preferably Aglio Sott'olio
Whilst the pasta is boiling chop up the Aglio Sott'olio cloves slightly fry in a tsp oil, add prawns.
Drain the pasta put into a large bowl, and add the Zucchini Sott'olio and toss well
add a drizzle of oil if neccasary.
Add the prawns and serve hot. It can also be served cold in summer or if there are left overs.
